The chain of command has started to allow some of the guys/gals that do not get to fly ride on some of the lower risked missions so that they can see what they help make happen. Some soldiers have a hard time and think that their job isn’t as important as others. I try to let them know that in a whole were all equally important and everything adds into the mission to help complete it.
